Heya! Nice work setting up the archive. I tried once, and it was really, really hard, so you definitely did a good job.

I noticed a few things:
You mention on the TOS page that there's a content policy, but the only way I found it was through the site map. Maybe consider hyperlinking between the two, or putting it in the footer under the Terms of Service?
In addition, both the privacy policy, the abuse report page, dmca page, and the entire TOS FAQ are a 1-to-1 mirror to AO3's, which means they link to things that don't exist on this site, imply that there's different rules than there really are, and also refer to various AO3 committees. I'd suggest reworking these.

In addition, a dropdown in the abuse form requires a language to be chosen, but the dropdown doesn't actually list any languages, which makes it impossible to submit a report.
