When Flare kissed, she seemed desperate. She would hold Lucy tight, pushing her against the wall and pressing her body against hers, refusing to leave one centimetre of space between them. At first, Lucy had been surprised, she didn't think Flare – sweet and shy Flare – would be the type to be aggressive, but then she understood.
Flare had been through so much, she had lost so much. Now she had someone she could lean on and love, she couldn't help but make sure she wouldn't be left alone.
So Lucy would hold her back, hoping her kisses would be enough.
