  1. Database issue, I believe. There were some errors back when the support form was turned on where it could not be submitted without a language. The code I believe adds English as a default language for works, but for support forms it is not automatically added there, so I had to add a second version of it to get things to work. And then I ended up ditching the support form altogether a bit later in favor of email as the whole thing proved to be rather difficult to manage behind the scenes.
