I would like to suggest, if it is required then you could make it a mandatory Archive Warning? I know that may make it sound like a scary thing but on the other hand is where a lot of fans have been trained to look for the stuff we're required to tag. (Maybe "Archive Warnings" could be renamed to something other than "Archive Warnings" so it sounds less scary, if that's a concern? -- mandatory content labels? Idk).
Seconding that a Canon Gender Swap tag would be a great mandatory warning for this site specifically, as it will address the desire for people to filter it out.
