Re 2: Femslash is the historical term for this sort of content focused primarily on slashing women and femmes, you know? Femslash+ or something might cover it more, but I don't think there's going to be a term that is both precise and fully recognizable. I think it would be perfectly reasonable for you to say "this is an archive focused on femslash, here's the definition we're using, and if you feel like your fic fits this kind of archive it's welcome," kind of like the policy AO3 has re: original work.
