Summary
Sayeon Lee is a prosecutor for the state, and though she only recently passed the bar exam, she's tried her hand at a few cases here and there. She's been assistant counsel for more than a few cases, but none quite so high-profile as this:
The case of the state against a contractor for the Aberrant Corps. More specifically, against a contractor who is charged with falsifying aberrancy records and accepting bribes from aberrant students, in exchange for not ratting them out.
This particular case hits a bit close to home for Sayeon's comfort- after all, she is one of the students who bribed him, and one wrong move could end with that information being aired to the public.

Summary
Katya's betrayal of Sofia in canon was a massively unsubtle affair- maybe it would have been better for it to be quiet, just as the rest of their relationship was.
Katya would also make a fantastic avatar of the Lonely, so why not combine the two?
